Luxembourg Congrès is a private limited company founded in 1997 by the Luxembourg state and various key players from the tourism and congress domain.

Its main responsibilities are:

To manage the ECCL and the Hemicycle ;
To offer the buildings for rent to congress and conference organizers and to organize these events;
To ensure the smooth running of the sessions of the Council of Ministers of the European Union;
To promote Luxembourg as a business and conference destination.
